Grounds set up 7am
2 volunteers from each of the following teams;

13U – Jeff Catt – D3
7U – Vikings – D4
7U – Norsem – D1

Grounds set up 10am
2 volunteers from each of the following teams

10U – Warriors – D3
U14 – BH WH – D1

In addition to ground set up

2 Volunteers for canteen and 1 for bbq from each team for the following times;

13U- D3 – 7.00 to 8.00
7U Vikings – D4 – 8.00 to 9.00
7U – Norsem D1- 9,00 to 10.00
10U – D3 – 10.00 – 11.00
14U- D1 – 11.00 till close, including clean up
