Grounds set up 7am
2 volunteers from each of the following teams;

13U- Vikings- D3
9U – Don Petroff – D2
7U – Warriors – D4
9U – Col Daisley – D1

Grounds set up 10am
2 volunteers from each of the following teams

10U- Warriors- D3
U14 – BH-WH – D1

In addition to ground set up

2 Volunteers for canteen and 1 for bbq from each team for the following times;

13U- D3 – 7.00 to 7.45
9U – D2 – 7.45 to 8.30
7U – D4 – 8.30 to 9.15
10U- D3 – 10.00 – 11.00
14U – D1 – 11.00 till close, including clean up
